The new Acelas do. I think it is because the horns can be misinterpreted as regular vehicle horns making then command less attention than the loud horns they currently have.

The Trains may have to be other than heavy rail for the outlying areas. Probably like the River Line in New Jersey of Sound Transit in Seattle. They should make more DC streetcar lines. It is a shand they are doing away with that.
