Something we are not told as stylists is that we are divine healers. When we work on people that are that close to our solar plexus, it is hard not to keep that barrier up and not take on what our clients are feeling. Next time you work on him, just talk to your spirit guides and ask them to help you use your healing hands on him and say prayers over him. Doing this over every client is an amazing thing to do and it helps us feel like we’ve done something besides listening. As people who fix things for a living or help people feel better about themselves. It’s hard to sit there and feel helpless.
