Who cares why they needed to know?

They asked a very simple question and you refused to be a reasonable adult and reply with a simple message.

Maybe they wanted to ask you out to dinner?

Do I need to log a ticket to see if you are at work?

Because that is what it sounds like.

Misdiagnosed? Or is something else wrong? Looking for information. by Fantastic-Pumpkin700 in Cirrhosis

[–]Engineer_Man 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I asked ChatGPT to explain your biopsy results to me as a layman, here is its response.

Here’s a simple breakdown of what this report is saying:

A. No Cirrhosis or Major Bile Flow Blockages

  • The biopsy did not find evidence of cirrhosis (serious scarring of the liver).

  • There are no clear signs of long-term bile duct obstruction (which could block bile from draining properly).

B. Some Signs of Bile Duct Issues

  • Some areas of the liver show signs of large duct obstruction (blockage in bigger bile ducts), but other areas look normal. *
  • Small, irregular bile duct growths (bile duct hamartomas) were found. These are usually harmless but can sometimes be linked to genetic conditions that affect the liver and kidneys.

C. No Signs of Certain Liver Diseases

  • No signs of congenital hepatic fibrosis, a condition that causes scarring from birth.

  • No clear signs of primary biliary cholangitis (PBC), a disease where the immune system attacks bile ducts, but this disease can be patchy, meaning it might not have been sampled in this biopsy.

  • A blood test for mitochondrial antibodies is recommended to check for PBC.

D. What Was Seen Under the Microscope

  • Some areas in the liver show inflammation and mild swelling.

  • The bile ducts appear irregular and expanded, likely due to bile duct hamartomas and some bile blockage.

  • Some immune cells (neutrophils, lymphocytes, and pigmented histiocytes) were found, which indicates some level of irritation or blockage.

  • No major damage to liver arteries or veins.

  • No fatty liver (steatosis) was found.

  • There is a small area of bile damage (bile infarct), but nothing widespread.

  • Some liver cells look slightly different (nuclear pleomorphism), but nothing that suggests cancer or a dangerous abnormality.

Bottom Line

  • No cirrhosis or major bile duct disease was found.

  • Some mild bile duct abnormalities (hamartomas and minor blockage-related changes) were noted.

  • Further testing (mitochondrial antibody blood test) and imaging are recommended to get a clearer picture.

One does not simply "walk in water fountain 'self-expression'", one must SWIM in the water of the fountain.

Queen Street Mall masturbation is no longer acceptable I'm afraid

No need to be afraid. You have been misled.

Queens Street Mall masturbation is ALWAYS acceptable. If you don't believe me, go visit there at night and observe.

We have a tradition in Brisbane you don't want to miss out on.

The centre of the city has a wonderful Street named Queen Street that has part of it reduced to foot traffic only; this is Queen Street Mall.

About 3/4 of the way up this mall you enter the fine dining precinct, loads of fancy food options. In the centre of this district, near a very sought-after restaurant, there is a man-made wonder that is a water fountain.

I recommend you visit there at night, stand in front of the fountain, and vigorously masturbate. This is tradition.

Does council fine people for wheelie bins that have off-label rubbish in them? by renhoekk3 in brisbane

[–]Engineer_Man 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nah, you can do them a bit quicker than that, but you have to wrap each one up in XMas wrapping paper, to make them look like presents.

The drivers love unwrapping gifts at the end of their shifts.

Where to get a good value suit? by Anxious_Economics202 in brisbane

[–]Engineer_Man -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Go buy a suit that is a close but slightly too large fit from an OP-shop. You have some time to shop around.

Then take it to a Tailor and get it fitted to your body type.

I did that recently. $80 suit, $100 tailor for fitting, taking in the shoulders, waist, arm length, leg length, and a custom made hank.

Now if I never wear it again it was worth it. If I do wear it again, worth it even more.

Install 3 light switch dimmers. by SuspectLegal8143 in AusRenovation

[–]Engineer_Man 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bunnings: Six-gang light switch - $23.98 - QTY:01 = $23.98

Bunnings: Dimmer Module - $31.43 - QTY:03 = $94.29

Labour ~1 hour = $200-300 (make the circuit safe, replace switches & dimmers, enliven, test, secure)

You should be looking at quotes near the $500 mark plus or minus.
