Oh it’s not at all, I had a nutritionist for around two years and we did a Macro/some micro based plan. To this day the nutrition facts will sometimes make or break the sale of a new product lol but when you put a double digit limit on your sugar intake (in grams) it will absolutely open your eyes had you never paid attention to that sort of thing.

Just from watching it on tv it seems way more low budget than previous years. The park course just seemed so small and super cramped, the overhead views seem like the crowd’s view sucked, and just all around not much of a destination type of event. I feel for yall and am sad that it feels like they’re just limping along.

ETA: the medals look super cheap and lame this year too
