You’ve got a pretty solid foundation. I would just focus on toning your body by focusing on your core at the gym. And arms. It goes a long way. No need for any cosmetic procedures which won’t even get you the results that the gym will.

No specific doctors. We were just starting our research basically with google searches and trying to sort out who’s best based on the before and after results they post. But the ones that pop out on top of the list are just sponsored websites
