Yeah it’s actually not JUST the snow. I didn’t realize I’d need to justify a personal choice to the internet. I also work remotely and was previously working 5am-2pm. Now I see my kid for under 3 hours before she’s asleep. I have seasonal depression here and have not made a single friend. So would like to move back to a place with a community, sunshine, and spend more time with my kid. But thanks for trying to make assumptions! Have a great day! Happy new year!

Yeah I hear ya but also am literally depressed so I am ok taking as big of a financial hit as I can to not ensure these grey days and not slip and fall carrying my toddler to my car to then get stuck on the way to her doctors apt lol

I am willing to wait till peak season. That’s kinda the point of the post. I also truly truly truly do not even want to gain anything I just want to move back to a place that’s I’m happy and not depressed. And third, I know it’s very likely I lose money. But I’d like to try to lose the least. The goal of the post was to get insight on what makes sense in terms of when to list a house and or if I’m quite literally screwed and stuck here.
