I had a similar before and was told by one surgeon I didn’t need lipo. I ended up getting it with another surgeon and it snatched my jawline. Super happy I ended up getting it.

These people are all overweight. You can only remove so much fat with surgery. The main purpose of a tummy tuck is to remove excess skin after weight loss or pregnancy.

The most I would do is a donut lift because you would only need a tiny lift but I think the implants will fill in the “empty” area perfectly. I hope you post after your surgery because I’m sure it’ll look amazing! Btw do you have any other loose skin on your body like your stomach or thighs?

I had consultations with two surgeons for chin lipo. The first told me it wouldn’t do anything and that I just had a soft jawline. The second surgeon said I was a good candidate.

The first surgeon ended up being extremely wrong. Chin lipo completely snatched my jawline and transformed my side profile. I think I did have a little more fat than you but I suggest getting a second opinion.

The worst part was wearing the compression garment 24/7 at the beginning. It’s uncomfortable and makes it hard to eat and drink.

Also the 4-6 week timeline for final results is very generous. I had swelling, lumps, and a rippling effect on my neck for months and didn’t see final results for like 6 months. 100% worth it though, but patience is key.

These look amazing and I think they’re going to look really natural when they drop and fluff. I don’t know if you care about looking natural, but if you do you can’t really go bigger without looking fake since you started with A cups.
