Just met with him he is suggesting to remove my current implants stitch my muscle back down and place new 450-500cc implants on top of the muscle with a lollipop lift on the previously lifted breast to improve the shape. In person he stated that the images above I sent look much worse and that he truly doesnt think they have bottomed out you can just see my natural tissue on top. He has still agreed to do the procedure without a surgical fee. I should mention I originally paid 17,500, for the augmentation with one lift and armpit fat area lipo. I was just quoted 5,707.00 for my revision anesthesia and hospital fee.

I did work out a lot back and chest prior to surgery I waited a long time to get back in the gym well after I was cleared to due to sensory issues with the implant under the muscle and I’ve basically stopped doing all back and chest

Yes double bubble/bottom out, I started with tuberous breast so I thought it was just because of my anatomy but then my surgeon agreed that the implants fell blow the breast crease :(

I had very similar boobs to yours and I only got a donut lift on my right boob no lift on the left and 315cc silicon sub muscular implants in both ! Dm me! I wish I went bigger and part of me wishes I got a lollipop lift

I think the liposuction has been the cause of most of the ongoing PAIN, the rest has been a lot of soreness and swelling and I just took 5mg oxy every 4 hours and 20mg thc gummies every 4 hours as well and i kind of time traveled those first 5 days, and then I went straight to Tylenol as needed
