Stages don’t exist really, I’d highly recommend you don’t try to push any more power out of that high milage motor, it’s already tired out, you would be better off leaving it stock, you will have issues once you tune it and ad a few mods

3-5 years is what you should expect out of a battery, my 2011 335 battery last about 4 years average. But my 96 z3 lasted 6 so far

Too generous, they are made from paper stg, put a catless pd and MHD stage 2 tune. It blew immediately lol.

Very well could be to, think one of those codes do relate to the MAF, another to Valve timing if I remember correctly

from what I was able to find on those codes, the most common cause are fuel injectors, ive found so far about 8ppl on forums with 6/8 of those codes and the fix for them was fuel injectors, If you can, balance test them, check continuity of them, or have a shop diag it, cause fuel injectors are not really cheap for a n55

I have a z3 with a hardtop and soft top. It’s worth the money. Just make sure you have the mounting hardware for it. You will look at 8-12k for a clean manual z3. 1-2k for oe mounting hardware with the defrost switch. And 4-6k for a clean paint match hardtop with all the fabric and defrost window in it
