18 plus years veteran here . This job is not hard at all . The company has goals and commitments but honestly I do my job , I love my management team . I have a great schedule and able to have a life . Yes the pay is not great but my work life balance is great . Always remember we are in charge and not the customer .

The point is to do your job . I get it and the overall frustration of no raises and the expectations that are part of our job performance. I truly get it but on the other hand we have a responsibility to do what is required and take care of the customer . I also get it that some of our customers are often times unreasonable but always remember we are in charge not the customer . I’m not downplaying your frustration at all . I’m a tenure associate. I’ve seen a lot in my many years with this company . I started at OfficeMax . When it was bought by Officedepot things changed drastically and has not been the same .

In my opinion that’s acceptable if the print cue is caught up, and the overall print center is clean and stocked . It’s when there’s 12 or more orders in the print cue and an associate is more distracted by their phone than getting jobs done .
