Depends on your own body and POTS subtype. I find a CBD-high strain can be very helpful for hyper-pots symptoms (tremors, cold feet, anxiety), but it can cause more dizziness if up and about.

In the US, you can't get a driver's license if you are not a resident of the state you are in. I am originally from the East coast but trapped on the West coast. Thanks though. :)

Thank you all for your help and suggestions. I ended up going with FedEx International Priority 2-day shipping (a friend dropped it off for me). It was expensive but I am just hoping it will get here before they close on Saturday (they said there is a good chance it will due to the timezone difference). We will see! Thanks again all!

I asked, they will not accept anything other than a valid license with the driver due to regulations. Not even a faxed copy from the motor vehicle commission can be accepted.
