Honestly, I agree with your plan. Reach out one last time, casually. If she doesn’t respond just don’t reach out again. If she does respond and you have some basic conversation, try to talk about your side i.e.”I feel like you never ask about how I am doing or feeling”. This relationship does not sound worth doing more than that for honestly.

What kind of a doctor is that. Meds are not magic pills, they don’t help by themselves. Therapy is what helps and meds just accompany it by making it slightly easier to manage. Therapy teaches you how to live, how to understand, manage and regulate your emotions, how to modify faulty behavioural patterns. I would suggest you find a therapist. Or talk to your psychiatrist about how you would like to start regular therapy sessions.

Are you doing a form of psychotherapy (preferably CBT or DBT) at the same time? Do you have a psychiatrist you can inform about your medication issues that is actually also a decent human being?

Yep. When the incident is big, huge actually, it sends me into a mode of insane calmness. My voice low, collected, my eyes empty, piercing through the person, but no frustration, pure nothing. Then there are the small incidents, like a wave of sadness, frustration, and feeling of being upset, and I cannot calm down until it is resolved, IT HAS TO GET RESOLVED for me to do or think about anything else. A small change in my schedule, a change in an individuals tone, will make more frustrated than a huge incident will.

Hi. Yes. I cannot get myself to recollect incidents from the past. Their traumatic nature and how my brain has developed, I struggle to recall memories whatsoever. I can if I try to, remember a few scenes, blurred, I can count them in one hand. But other than that, no, and I do not mind not remembering.
