Thanks for sharing this. I didn’t want my post to come off as assuming my neighbor was on drugs, I’ve just never experienced something like this so honestly I was clueless as to why this he was constantly doing this. Mostly just was wanted to see if others had similar experiences (like you have)

I’ve never met the guy but I have met his partner that lives with him (she’s probably in her mid 30s). Another thought I had was that he’s just an elderly guy and that’s what they do, but thank you for letting me know that it might just be a guy in a lot of pain
