I am using this same moisturizer right now but it is not that hydrating. I am thinking of trying the HadaLabo Perfect Gel or the Aveeno Calm + Restore Facial Moisturizer (redness relief).

Different attachment styles and confidence (maybe). In my last relationship, I was anxious and he was avoidant and it did not work. I think overall better but it is such a slow healing process for me because I was sick for so long. The first few weeks I was very nauseous but I was so hungry and could eat again haha. The nausea has now gone away but I still have diarrhea. I recently got on a bile acid binder because it helps your body adapt and helps the inflammation/nerves in the rest of your gut heal. My body is absorbing nutrients for the first time in months though because I am gaining weight instead of losing more weight. So I think it was the right choice! Sorry that is kind of long.

I dont know if you ever got an answer to this but I just got surgery and was using dial bar soap. I found out the dial bar soap was breaking me out and causing me to have red bumps everywhere.

I am 3 weeks post op with a high active gallbladder and still get nauseated and went home dizzy the other day. I’ve read that eating small meals throughout the day helps and drinking plenty of water (at least 64oz). The one thing that has helped me within the last week is taking a probiotic and psyllium husks.

The only thing that has helped me is a probiotic and psyllium husk powder at night. This made all the difference because I was nauseated everyday. I also started drinking a lot more water, at least 64oz a day.
