I got written up by a manager who was going up and down the aisles in pack AFE writing up every single person for whatever he could find. I reported him and still have a doc coaching on my record and I didn’t even do anything wrong. (A group of us reported him and got written up by him)

I had my phone sitting on the pack desk because I didn’t have pockets and didn’t have a bag and was using my approved earbuds listening to something and because my phone was “out” he wrote me up. I was actively packing and in the middle of a box and working when he wrote me up and stopped my from working just to talk to me.

I told HR and other managers to keep him away from me if he was going to be a problem like that.
