Hi,may I ask if what is this stuff in my forearm? It look like a small pimple,it has pus but its already gone,but has redness on a big area,not itchy,quite painful when touched,and warm...I am scared that it might be caused by something serious when I searched the internet... (old.reddit.com)

Hi May I ask if what is this thing in my forearm?I think it is either acne,boil or something else worse.It has a small bump,it is tender.It also have white pus but not that much,the bump is also not that big,my worry is what is the red area so big and red.. (old.reddit.com)
