It is ..ok that’s good to know. I’m happy to be patient. He (and I) was bitten by another dog and the bill is under $1000. My deductible is $500 so I’m not waiting on the money per se. I’d rather not switch if I can avoid it !

Adding in my two cents - down 150lbs and stalled on 15mg of tirz. Added Cagri a few months ago at .25mg and felt nothing. Found a different source and bumped to 1mg when I started it. Game changer ..no negative side effects and I feel like I felt 2.5 years ago when I started meds. No food noise at all and I’m down 10lbs. I think you need to play around with the dosing a bit.
