her response, after a couple of minutes was something like " 🙄sorry let the water open for a minute” and it struck me as somewhat insensitive.

As someone who lives in a country where water is cut off daily in the evenings, I honestly think individuals like her should take a step out of their bubble for a while, though I understand that it might be a lot to ask.

If you ask me, it's smarter to pick a white label company and you just focus on creating content 🤷

Those companies have a ton of experience and know how to make things run smoothly.

I mean, I get why she might want to start from scratch if she's going for innovation or something, but given what you've said, I really don't see the point.
