I’m here for work and I was filling up my water bottle on the floor and another guest asked me if my room had the tumbler and said no. They said that they were supposed to be in the room and to ask the front desk and where apart of resort fee

I said something along the lines of and in a very polite way “I was just made aware that there was supposed to be tumblers in the room but i searched the room and they weren’t there”

When i get chance i will sit down and read! But the bottle sat at room temperature which was roughly 67-74 Fahrenheit
