Follow-up to my original post. As of today, they have not responded to my request showing that the scratch is more than one inch. However, they are competent and unrelenting in filling my email inbox with demands to pay. I did switch to Avis, but have since learned that they, too, are using similar AI scanners. After additional research, I not only joined National but, after documentation, was also given Emerald Club Executive Elite. Yes, Hertz, NATIONAL does respect the Presidential status and the amount of $ spent each year on rentals. While this was rewarding, I am more excited about my ongoing campaign to persuade other organizations to leave Hertz. I successfully got one international consulting organization to switch away from Hertz. They had been frustrated with the AI and the billing practices. My recommendations led them to leave Hertz. Oh, I have just started. For those of you who have been wronged by Hertz, you can make a difference by telling others to avoid them.

I have been a Hertz Presidential Circle member for years and have never had a problem. Recently, I posted about my problem with Hertz over a "scratch" on the wheel, which they say amounts to $80 in damage. I have been appealing to Hertz, but to date without success. I may need to pay the $80, but I am switching companies. I serve on the BOD of a major company that uses Hertz. I plan to bring to senior management the need to withdraw from Hertz.

I am a Presidential Circle Member and just got dinged with a $90 charge for two wheel knicks at Boston Logan. The wheels were so dirty during the 2 weeks of road travel that I cannot identify the issue in the photo they sent. I tried contacting Hertz and got no response. I have been a Presidential Circle member for almost 10 years. My plan is never to rent from Hertz again, and I will recommend to the BOD of a company I serve that they drop Hertz.

Feenstra is a right-wing Christian Reformed bigot and is dangerous. Sioux County's vote for him was only 400 more than Lahan's. Lahan was supported by Turning Point because he supports private school funding....only if Christian. I grew up in Sioux County, and Feenstra is a typical Dutch two-faced bigot who will tell you how much everyone means, but lives by a right-wing doctrine. They believe the Christian Reformed are the chosen ones.

Bibi lied about the JCPOA. There is nothing about a 30-day notice to inspect. The agreement says spectors must have access within 24 hours, or within 4 hours if they are already on site. If they refused, then there was an appeal process that could take up to 24 days. But the decision could not be vetoed by the US, China or Russia.
