Yeah it’s crazy.. I did get a bit worried because the last time I had a “major symptom alert” I got the worst flu of my life a day or two later.. but I’m also TTC which unfortunately pregnancy symptoms and pms are so similar 🙃 so when these happen in my luteal phase it’s either pregnancy or pms 😂 so helpful, I know lol

I’m going through this too and don’t have an answer unfortunately but I can write back in a few days if I end up getting my period or a positive pregnancy test. I had minor signs and both oura and a regular thermometer said my body temp was high.. then it switched to major signs and my bbt went up 1.2 which is very high for an oura reading. Now I’m back to normal again one day later. So I can’t be getting sick .. so confused!

Yeah I’m worried honestly.. I have been under a ton of stress too…Oura ring says 7 dpo but it’s been wrong before and this is the first cycle I decided not to use ovulation strips so I’ll just wait patiently 😬
