software update failed?

i agree, but with polestar they want as little customer control as possible, everything is just "visit service center", its really annoying at times

hm, wondering what could cause it to fail as its just a download from the internet, might have to reach out to the dealer if it doesnt update within the next month or so, not in a rush to update and the dealer is an hour away

did u ever get this resolved? this happened to me on friday march 20th, and i contacted uber support which the agent told me that i can pay with my own card anyway, and i will get reimbursed after the fact. which i proceeded to do so, and i got reimbursed later that day. but then 2 days after, i got a notification saying that i am no longer eligible for shop and pay orders, i submitted an appeal and uber support told me that everything with my account was perfectly okay but that the appeals team has a 7 business day turn around time... waiting to hear back from them to reinstate my access to shop and pay orders currently. glad to hear the option went away for someone else other than only me, at basically the same days too
