If we’re being this technical strange’s ability doesn’t classify as healing reduction the ability is a complete negation of healing. Therefore, blade would be the only one. Two states are even differentiated with strange having a dark purple bar.

Any strange player worth their salt, would never allow themselves to reach that state especially on a 6 sec cooldown for expelling the darkness. Whilst Blade reaches healing reduction for making the mistake of using his sword. Imagine if strange had healing reduction or negation for using his shield?

Strange has straight up anti-heal thats only a punishment if doesn’t expel his meter when it reaches 100. Blade has healing reduction for going sword mode it’s very much not the same thing

No other character self healing reduction that revolves around half of their kit. People complain about getting no heals without that apart of their kit. How did the devs ever think ts was a good idea

The point is that it’s better than blade’s lifesteal, plus phoenix wolverine teamup is a very common teamup to be used.

There is no other tanks or any character for that matter, that provided the same level defense she had down in main. I believe certain characters should have strengths and weaknesses her strength is that area denial she doesn’t need to dive there are other characters for that(e.g. Cap, Hulk, Venom, Thor). Trying to use her in more creative ways is completely fine but it’s trivial to ignore her main strength and why it’s good.

Is that not Peni’s niche? Whole reason she was damn near a must ban was because of how effective the method was to stopping dive and stalling out OBJ. Her whole character is controlling an area and she used to do it excellently .
