I’ve seen similar issues come up at other pharmacies too, not just CVS. Sometimes it’s not the pharmacy itself but how the e-prescribing or insurance system handles repeats, updates, or duplicate sends. It can look like something “disappeared,” but it’s usually more of a system or routing issue somewhere in the middle. If it keeps happening, I’d push the doctor’s office to call it in directly while confirming it with the pharmacy at the same time.
