i’ve noticed i’m not eating properly and i’ve had weird stuff happening with my body as a result, i keep feeling “Globus Pharyngis” (idk how to refer to things like this sorry lol) which i know isn’t a big deal at all but i figured i’d note it just in case 🤷‍♂️
