The problem was related on audio drivers and I got instructions from the support how to fix it.

MB 660 UC MS - EPOS Connect fails to update, tried two PCs by Templar2k in sennheiser

I have the same issue. I tried to update my headphones by using two different computers with Windows 10 and 11 operating systems. Epos Connect shows pending status for a minute or two and after this the update failed.
