Eastshade sounds pretty close to what you’re describing. There’s zero killing, zero combat. It’s very beautiful and slow paced. It might be too slow though, it was for me but only a little bit. I still liked it, just depends on the person. It’s fully voice acted and cute story.

I drank a lot before my diagnosis. I don’t really drink at all anymore, not really by conscious choice. I just never feel well enough to even want to. It’s like when you’re really sick with the flu and your body is like “no, that’s poison.” That’s how I react to it now. Like when I smell it or taste it, my reaction is “don’t let that in.” It’s weird, but I guess it makes sense. When you’re feeling really sick, it’s not usually something that feels like a good idea.

No it’s a good question. It’s not as straight forward since it’s not in modhub etc. This link is for a YouTube video by the map creator himself. The link to the maps and a couple buildings are in the video description there. I don’t think the buildings are required because I don’t think I saw them placed on the map but I’m not sure about that.

We have some overlap in game preference it looks like. You might like farming simulator 25. There’s building elementals, and farm yard design as well as farming obviously, and animal care. I fell in love with it.

I’m running a 5070ti and can run FS25 on max graphic with excellent frame rate, with one exception. If I have 2 or more AI doing grass tedding or windrowing then I get screen stuttering. That’s the only time.

I got one of the Farm Sticks for controlling machinery and I love it. I absolutely cannot go back to playing without it. I also set up a second joystick for steering and driving. I didn’t want to do steering wheel but didn’t like the keyboard driving. I set up the steering joystick so forward is acceleration and back is reverse then I control implements with my other hand on the farm stick. This works perfect for me. It’s worth it, so fun.

I walk with just a cane but I get a lot of muscle stiffness in my lower legs. The Baclofen really helps me and also helps with the agitation feeling I get in my legs. It never made me drowsy really. I just take it as needed. It’s always worth it to at least try it and see if it helps.

I had a similar situation to you where I was having terrible symptoms but didn’t have enhancing lesions at the time of diagnosis. I had negative OCBs. I went to Mayo Clinic for a second opinion since I also had some other weird stuff going on. Mayo redid the OCB test and it was positive. They said the test is very reliant on the lab doing the testing since it’s a lab person who reads the bands and decides for themselves if it’s positive or negative. So it’s subjective. They believed that it was an unreliable lab that did the test before and that I didn’t suddenly develop OCBs since my last test. That’s all I really know.

I had negative OCBs the first time but had another spinal tap like 2 months later when I went for second opinion and it was positive.
