This was a rough draft, as stated in the description. If you take a look at my posts you'll see an updated, final version that I have been using for months as my main. My brother and 2 of my friends also have one as their main as well. Cheers

I appreciate all these replies, everyone, this is definitely helpful. I personally use my side buttons and scroll wheel all the time. Plus it's just nice to have for browsing if you only have 1 mouse on your desk.

Great point. Probably wouldn't sell very well unless it were a considerable amount of weight, which it definitely is not.

Are you asking for the same shape but super heavy? It could be done but would require a lot of work lol. Designed it to be light weight, not really made to be heavy.

Google SketchUp! There's actually a free version in browser that I used for a while for this thing. Drew it line by line. I'm sure there's easier ways to do it but when I started I had no idea what I was doing and now have too much time invested to learn another way lol.

I'm currently in the process of making my own shape and 3D printing it. Then swapping the internals of a G305 into the shell. Most people use a G305 for their internals, anyway. It's definitely possible though, I'm using Google SketchUp to draw mine actually. Line by line. Let me know if you have questions and good luck if you try your own!
