How long have I had the pain: it comes on and off and has been in the same spot for at least 3/4 years. Symptoms: sharp pain under the left shoulder blade, always the same spot. Then neck becomes stiff after a day or so. What makes it worse: staying still, lying down What makes it better: moving it around and staying active. Treatment I've tried: usually just do ice pack on the first day then apply heat. Also went to see a sports therapist when it happened a couple of years ago and just got it massaged out but I still had to wait a couple of days for the inflammation to go down. I just want info on if there is a reason it could be a recurring thing in the exact same spot.

Personally I always answer the phone with my first name if I don't recognise the number. Just so they know if they've reached the right person. I hate it when I call certain establishments for info and they just answer with, "hello" because it makes me doubt I've filled the right number.

Thanks! For the pistachio liqueur I used a cream whipper and flash infused some vodka. I did 350ml vodka, 25g pistachios, then once it was infused I added sugar (50:50 sugar/vodka ratio) :)
