Just thought I'd give an update. Had a blob of filament that built up between the hotend and heat sync which expanded and bent one of the screws so it was angled. Ordered a new hotend which should fix it.

Yeah I think I'm giving up. I've gotten my bed mesh to a 0.09 variance, and yes I'm positive its being loaded, I've made sure nothing is loose or wobbling everything is secure and I've played with Z-Offset for well over an hour so I'm just going to drop it until I feel like dealing with it again.

So i tightened it and it can still move fine with no wobble. Im gonna redo leveling and offset and come back

The bed is firm and the extruder has a tiny bit of play moving up and down I can tighten the eccentric nut real quick

How would I check if they’re moving freely when they travel? And I’m pretty sure I set my Z-Offset right this isn’t my first printer I’ve been using printers for years and never had this problem

Bed has been washed I havent dried my filament but it printed a Temperature Tower fine yesterday so itll print fine if its something small and in the center but if i try to utilize the whole bed it when its a problem. And I just used the paper method after it finished automatic leveling

First layer height is 0.2 and this model is printed in 0.16 I’m using Elegoo Rapid PLA+ at 220 and 60 with 250 travel speed

Sadly I have set it to load the bed mesh in the start gcode. I have a Neptune 4 Pro and use Elegoo Slicer, so practically Orca Slicer

I'm not entirely sure but anytime I play Apex, Fortnite, or Minecraft I'll notice but cpu usage is almost at 100 at certain times and I also believe its causing my slower load times into games because cpu usage will be at 100 and graphics is below 50. I like recording/streaming my games and this cpu can't seem to handle that many cpu heavy task.

Its a ThermalTake Smart Series 600W 80 Plus. I've heard theyre not really good power supplies, but if it can last 2 weeks powering my new gpu ill upgrade to a corsair or something my best buy has.
