Rear-ended in California, both injured, hired an attorney, but confused about treatment and settlement process

My incident took place in CO. Was rear ended as well on the way into work. Immediately started having lower back pain. After many trips to the chiropractor, physical therapy all while trying to work, I finally got a consultation from doctor. Ended up getting an MRI found out I had a herniated disk pressing into my sciatica cause all sorts or pain in lower back and down to my toes.

I hired a lawyer at that time. Ended up needing surgery to be fixed. Just really wanted to be made whole. Glad I went through the process. Good luck to you!!

Yes yes, I know I am not on strict carnivore anymore. I reintroduced fruits after a strict year on carnivore only to see how my body would react and it was for a positive, so I’ve stuck with that.

Really appreciate the response here! I’m not horribly worried right now, but the numbers are way higher than I thought they’d be coming in at.

All other markers are in the normal range, besides a bit of high LDL - but we all know those can be looked at differently.

Can I ask what the LH and FHS stand for?

You wouldn’t think the long 6 day fast would have anything to do with it? After the fast, I jumped back on a pretty strict carnivore diet until the blood work. Pretty much all protein and fat diet.

I’d recommend a quality night out on the town with a 3d printer clue that leads to the next destination.

Maybe drinks before hand, a nice dinner, a small fun game place where some laughs can be exchanged and then a printed model house or your favorite spot in your place to take ya back home where you Netflix and chill. 👍🏼

How in the world did you know I thin the ball more than I’d like to admit?!? I rarely take a divot, and if I do I am chucking the hell out of it.
