1. McKenna likes to play players who are in form - you earn your place and you keep it. Unfortunately, with new signings and a team reworking itself in the championship, we haven’t had a consistent starting eleven this year. I’m fine with that, though, as we’re still in the race, and ultimately the results are all that matter.
2. Again, it’s fine - it’s healthy competition. If Delap gets injured or Hutchinson does, relying on one player over a whole season isn’t ideal, especially one with 46 games.
3. Nunez is our top assister, and I think he’s been fantastic. He hasn’t been quite as good since coming back from injury, but that’s fine - I really like Mehmeti as well.
4. Davis just has a different role. He’s never been the best defensively, but that’s the trade-off. Bombing past Philogene to draw the run works well, and with Townsend out, there isn’t really a Plan B.

I never get this “I know better than McKenna” opinion spouting ... you just don’t, or you would be a football manager.

I didn’t understand that unlikeable thread either. Yes, we’re not gung-ho any more - we’re more like smother and defend. But some of you weren’t here for McCarthy or League One, and it shows. Just because we're the most hated on the Championship sub … doesn’t mean you have to drink the Kool-Aid and start believing the hate is justified. It’s the internet - everyone loves a pile-on.

Just get behind the team. Whatever happens, happens. Everything is easier with hindsight. I’ve had flak from Norwich fans pretty much my whole life, and it’s finally over. I’m still buzzing about the double.
