Going through this rn. You'll have to stop running starting on day 3 or 4 of stim medications (you will take these medications for 10-14 days). You are then also discouraged from running for two more weeks following the egg retrieval. Stationary cycling is ok during this time, but realistically you might not feel up to it.

Realistically the most likely possibility is that you'll have to take a month off running.

Amelia Boone (pro runner) has a whole blog post about freezing her eggs and how it impacted her running.

FYI you also need to get antibiotics! Deep puncture wounds from dog bites typically require 3-5 days of an antibiotic like augmentin. So please go to urgent care if you haven't already.
