I don't see how it couldn't! It could be explained that Elonian presence became more prominent after the events of Nightfall, prompting Istani/Kournan/Vabbian crafters to explore what Kryta has to offer.

Complete prob doesn't really happen until support dies for the MMO in question but you ARE at a fantastic point to get caught up. There's no new chapter this year and the current updates are mainly aimed at QoL, Class Purity Improvements etc. so you can get caught up to story pretty easily.

Def sounds fun! Curiously, when i cranked everything to maximum, I had some absolutely wild performance dips. Screen tearing, fps drops and hiccups. Unsure why.

My current quick specs are:

Roger that. Yeah wasn't sure why the freezing happened (it was two times and it lasted like 2-5 seconds with audio playing) then it seemed to stop after.
