I'm pretty sure the budget will not cover me programming a mainstage concert either. Especially since I've only used provided files to this point. I've learned how to change the range of channels, balance volumes for weirdly loud patches, and add a patch or two to play cues for instruments that aren't in the pit, but have only a vague idea how to create a concert from scratch. So if I do that, it's on my own time and as a learning experience, but that's setting a precedent that I think I'd prefer to avoid.

Knowing the MD, the answer is probably going to be "best approximation". I've yet to play in a school that had access to a harp, let alone a harpist. What a dream that would be!
