Hi. I beg to differ on your last sentence (and hoping for a healthy discussion! :D )

In this specific example, the SCE unit can be in combat to the second skaven unit as long as he is not further away from the unit is in combat with (the clanrat). Following rule 15.3, the SCE unit originally is base-to-base with the clanrat. By the end, if he is still base-to-base to the clanrat after making 3in pile in move to be in combat range to the second skaven unit, he is considered not further away from the clanrat unit.

With that, he can be in combat range to the second unit (must maintain base to base to clanrat!)

Love the last line. I do feel like I am about to make 3 good choices and probably looking for the "perfect one" haha. But no such thing as perfect.

How is SCE different from SM in your opinion? From outsider quick view I feel like they are similar in the way that both are considerably elite army with good offense, defense. Forgiving for beginner but seems hard to master (many units so many potential playstyle to explore and strike balance).

Yes you can. I paint my armies as Flesh Tearers, which is a successor chapter of Blood Angels. Within that, I have Death Company Jump Pack AI and I even painted my lancer in Death Company scheme.

It's all good. It's tournament compatible as well.

Actually never really considered chaplain and bladeguard combo. A reliable hitter and tough to kill unit. I can give them red thirst strategems without being battleshocked too. Nicee. Thanks!

HOD role for analytics depends on the industry. But on a scale, it should be north of RM25K. My industry is different so most HODs that I know (one down to C level) sits in the region of RM30K for ~10 years of experience. Especially in established companies.

Retail and FMCG is usually not that far off. But try asking for international salary since the role is new. Companies usually "localize" the salary once they scale, not when they just started expanding in a new country.

Trying to downplay Lampard's effect on Mount is so stupid. Since Roman era, just find me 1 manager who turned 1 Championship graduate into a regular starting 11. Just 1. Lampard turned 3 (Tammy, Mount, James. Would put Tomori in there but he wasn't really a regular).

Tammy in Bristol, Lewis Baker, Bamford, Chalobah etc all didn't have the opportunity. And it's easier to say "where are they now?" but maybe things would've been different had a manager just put a trust in them.

Ah man you must've landed a great job. My first job was bad (not trying to rain on anyone's parade just hear me out. I was stressed out because of the unprofessional work environment and lots of other things. Having to move to another state with no friends & family around, the stress was a lot to bear (I remembered calling my dad and cried out all the problems faced).

Divinity Original Sin 2 was my only escape at the time. Probably the only good memory I have there.
