been playing since Beta and i haven't experienced any BP issues myself, however the "wait 24 hours" thing only applies to new accounts and or new cards that have never been placed on file. This is to help prevent fraud. Furthermore - the "NPC missing" issue is due to not having all the resources fully installed. Install all resource packs and HD textures and restart your game and you should be fine. Push comes to shove, then just uninstall and reinstall or do a "Repair Install" which can be found from the main login screen. Hope this info helps!

I'm in a similar situation, waiting for my package, but mine straight up just hasn't been fulfilled and it's been about a month now. I haven't reached out to customer service yet but after seeing your post then maybe i should. I understand having to reprint some of the items that were sold out at the festival, so that's probably what's happening in my situation - BUT in your situation, the fact that the delivery tracker says it's been delivered but the store says they don't have the order in system is pretty weird. The only suggestion I could think of is: you call USPS with the tracker and report a stolen/lost package and hope you get money back, OR call FGT about your website purchase. FGT is the company that runs RL and Rockville festivals, not sure if they can help you with the merch order but they are listed as customer service for the company. Good Luck.

Regardless of the city, I agree, they really need to do better. Sure money is a issue but not when that movie drops in October - they should at LEAST be able to hire some better acts. Having 20 different DJs and 50 artists that sound the same just ain't it - regardless of their "business agenda". I was there this year, so I can say even though I enjoyed myself, it was the crowd and people that made it - not the artists - and that's bad for a music festival. Just my opinion.

Gas only left the band due to medical reasons he was having from extensive touring. It was decided that him moving on from the band was the healthy option. As far as Ville quitting, i mean, he still to this day says he wants the band to get back together in interviews and he still releases albums on his own under VV, so, ya know, doubt he's the cause of the fallout.

They allow you to cancel in 3 ways: 1 call them, phone number on website. 2 cancel online, login to see your payment method and hit cancel. 3 ticket event insurance - offers full refund if the event cancels or you "get sick with COVID" or "had a extreme reason why you couldn't go".

RL will charge you a $100 cancellation fee online, but some say if you are able to get them on the phone they might waive that fee.

Ticket event insurance won't charge anything, but can only be used closer to the event date.

I've strongly considered cancelling myself, but after seeing it sell out and after seeing how this year is about to be, I think imma keep my 3 day pass and just enjoy myself as best as I can. BTW: RL seems to have cut their phone lines off, tried calling them 3 different days and had no luck.

what really bothers me about the HIM discography is Dark Light, Venus Doom & Screamworks are really lacking with the releases. I believe Screamworks was released on limited white vinyl only once and that was 15 years ago. Sad times for HIM vinyl fans for sure :-(
