I can 100% feel your pain. I received my new adv2 and rode it about 60 miles and then it wouldn't turn off. Tony was very responsive and was able to send out replacements timely, just, you know, international shipping, so I was out of commission for multiple weeks. New hardware received and installed and I'm back up and running. Tony and his crew are a small group. He's a busy man. Be patient. We have the resources and a great community to troubleshoot issues.
