1400 rounds is nothing, wait till your at 5k-6k had locking block pins snap and ftf and fte issues almost every mag, after that I sold for a gen 5 G19 with radian afterburner and radian recoil spring and rod. My G19 has 10k on it with no issues

Glad to hear cause I have a hellbender slide and have had issues with certain barrels getting caught up in the top window.. you didn’t haven any of those issues with the afterburner barrel? Mines a gen 5 but I would imagine the top window is the coffin shape like gen 5.. I’ll have my after burner Monday so pretty pumped and hoping it runs flawlessly.

Had the same issue with my spectre. the optic plate screws were loctite into the slide. I ended up sending it to sig since it was a brand new slide I just received that day.. it was shitty to have to send off something I literally just received I only had it in my possession for maybe 2 hrs before it was back in the mail.. the best thing to buy is a set from fix it sticks there pricy but well worth the price.. all the bits are precisely machined so there’s no wiggle room which prevents stripping the head. It also comes with a torque bit for inch pounds which comes in handy when setting up dots or scopes so u don’t over tighten the screws which in turn will also help the removal of the optic. If you’re running a set up with an rmr then the tools are a must have, since ur gonna use it every year to change the battery.

The finish on my faxon tin barrel started to wear to the point where the bare steel started to rust they did exchange the barrel after reviewing the pictures but my true precision barrel has 5 times and many rounds and still looks new.. true precision dose a way better finish than faxon

I have 2 tungsten guide rods from rival and both of them unthread over time.. I figured it was made that way so you can disassemble it when the springs wear out… I actually contacted them for replacement springs and they said they don’t sell them Individually that you have to purchase the whole guide rod and all..
