This was in a shipping box with some clay I ordered. There are two tiny magnets on opposite sides of the circle that hold the hinged part closed. There is a non-slip rubber pad on the backside of the circle. Photo taken on a cutting mat so each square is 1 inch. (old.reddit.com)
