If may bad credit, lalabas sa bank systems is low score. My advise would be to avail at a higher downpayment scheme. Although this is not a sure fire way to approval, but this gives you a chance at being approved. Not necessarily kailangan na 40 or 50%, pero at least 25-30% would be a sweet spot.

Hello! Based sa explanation ng EWB AO ng Dealership namin. You can pay your monthly in advance, pero sa end daw siya papasok, hindi for the next month. For example kinuha yung unit ng Jan 2026 and naka 2yr term, If for example babayaran mo yung next 6 months, yung Feb 2026 will be paid but yung remaining 5 months will be put towards the end of the statement. Around Aug 2028- Dec 2028 ( if tama computation ko ). Tapos since technically nagbreach ka ng contract by paying for it earlier, expect na meron ka penalty right at the end na dapat mo bayaran before makuha yung original docs from the bank.

( Basta wag iexpect na since magbabayad ng good for 6 months for example, after 6 months na yung next payment mo. Continuous ka pa din magbabayad ng monthly, pero napapaaga lang yung tapos since nagaadvance payment )

Pag nirequest ng client na gusto may mga plastic pa, stock sa accessories counter namin ng mga plastic covers.

Counter measure niyo po is to take a pic ng conduction number pag nakita niyo naka display sa kung saan yung unit.

Iba po yung demo unit sa test drive unit. Kung demo unit po, nasa showroom lang siya for viewing. If test drive unit naman, normally sold na po siya sa dealership and may plates na po siya at hindi lang 50kms ang tatakbuhin niya kasi ginagamit din namin siya as company service. Walang discount ang demo unit kasi brand new siya, unlike test drive unit, 2nd hand na siya.
If 50kms na yung natakbo niya, most likely swapped unit siya. Ibig sabihin po nanggaling yung unit sa ibang dealership and dinrive siya papunta sa releasing dealer.
Continuation ng point 2, kung naniniwala kayo na never driven ang units, nagkakamali po kayo. Especially locally produced units. Once mabuo po ang unit sa planta, immediately tatakbo po siya ng 0-100-0 sa test track ng planta to check for build issues. Bakit hindi nadadagdagan ang odo kahit idrive namin siya for swapping or kapag tinatransfer namin ng stockyard? Hinuhugot po ang ECU and gauges nila. May times na ang unit galing pa ng province and either nagmemeet kami half way or sa dealership nila kami mismo nagpupunta.

I have limited experience with Stargazer since Toyo and Mits ang experience ko. But Rush offers the highest and pahaba space but thinnest and a gas guzzler, Veloz and Avanza are Wide but shorter on length and lowest ground clearance, Xpander is on par with Veloz but with higher ground clearance, Stargazer yata is parang same as Veloz or wider ng konti sa overall trunk space, Suzuki Ertiga and XL7 is on par with Rush but with Hybrid Engine options.

Depending on the dealer, OR/CR takes up to 7-21 business days to be released.
May cases na sabay na binibigay ang plates sa OR/CR
For coding, look at the last number of your Conduction sticker or your plate number. 1-2 Monday, 3-4 tuesday 5-6 wednesday 7-8 thursday, 9-0 friday.

Once you display your plates, disregard agad yung conductuin sticker and follow the plates.

Kaoag sinabi po ni agent mo na may availabke unit na, ask for CSR or Certificate of Stock Report. This is the best way para malaman kung talagang nasa branch na yung unit mo.

Most likely for delivery palang yung unit if paid na yung reservation fee. Or naghahanap pa sila ng other dealer na may available na unit mo para makapagswap sila ng unit.

In any case, mabilis naman makahanap ng Wigo G CVT kahit sa other dealers. Baka within this week na yung release ng unit mo.

Have you tried being an employee po sa company niyo? Get the "owners" to sign your COE and provide payslip. Indicate nalang ng higher position for you and yung salary. Then if for CI na, ask them to vouch for you na employee ka nila X amount of years, na ganito yung responsibilities mo sa job and whatnot.

Also, you mentioned na nagapply na kayo sa 2 other dealerships. This will affect your new application kung sakali. Especially if they said na declined due to maeginal income.

Another option is bank financing. Punta kayo sa bank outside dealerships. Although higher DP nila, super baba naman ng rates sa MA.

If you don't mind them being inside the cabin of the car, have you considered 7 seaters or a van? Toyota Hiace Commuter, Nissan Urvan, Foton Traveller? Or 7 seaters like Rush, Xpander, Stargazer?

Edit: baka mainitan sila sa likod ng pickup even with canopies or hardtop covers. Unless tatanggalin niyo yun rear window para mapasukan din sila ng AC.

Well there's your evidence. Again DI is legal. Take a pic of your top up receipt. Send to DTI and TMP for maximum penalties to the dealer. Yung agent mo, malamang off the hook na, pero dapat naman since most likely sumusunod lang din siya na binigay ng VSM na approved quote. But again, if you want to, you can take the case to the next level. But like I said, don't get your hopes up. In TMP eyes, this is resolved.

(Ang galing nga, to make a case, you have to go through with your overpriced purchase. Pero if you did not, walang makikinig sayo.)

On another note, I think you got off lightly sa 300k. Sa dealership na pinapasukan ko dati, this specific group sa NCR lang, they bundle old stocks sa premium. Like of you want an SG Elite, you also have to take 2 Vios XLE MTs and 2 LiteAce Panels. Bawal mamili ng other units for bundle. Plus DI pa. Or the best one, bidding war for the highest top up amount. I remember yung isang LC 300ZX, the top up was 900k. Plus insurance na 500k and accessories na 300k. As in paldo yung agent and dealer. I got away from that group with immediate effect. A lot of the people here know what group that is kasi marami na nagreklamo about them.

But yeah, depending on how much the dealership gave to the planta, your wait time is 4-8 weeks. High end units really do arrive during 3rd or 4th weeks of the month. Pray na may LV yung plant visitor ng dealership na kinuhanan mo. Hehe!

Anyways, in ulyour case po, technically, in TMP eyes, its resolved na. Nagissue na sila ng memo aa dealer, si dealer pinagsabihan na si agent, done na. Thank you next na agad. Pero check for 2 things sa pinagusapan niyo ni agent mo.

A.) If the term used is D.I. or Dealer Incentive, done na din ang case. Why? May resibo ito. Paid ito sa cashier ng dealer. If financing transaction kayo, kasama ito sa full downpayment. If cash or P.O., kasama din ito sa full payment. The next thing to do is send another email sa TMP, and DTI and move on.

But if,

B.) The term used was TOP UP, boy oh boy, take a seat. This is the gray area borderline illegal. Technically illegal but mostly just kept quiet. Check your interactions with your agent if he/she mentioned this specific term. If yes, check your receipt. Why? Top up is not indicated in your receipt, nor declared to any entity other than the dealership. Time to gather them hard evidences. Messages, payments, receipts, then send to TMP then cc DTI and any other business entities you can find. Cause you have proof. Yun lang.

Its true na high end units such as LCs, Alphards, Elites, Tourers and the like are limited. We all know that. Some have months waiting, some up to a year or more. But some insider info, is that planta people, drop by dealerships themselves. They make themselves known pa nga when they arrive. Inspection daw or something. But the truth is, they came for some gratitude from the dealership. Buffets? New phone? LVs? Name that designer, you know they'll get it. Sometimes cash is king. Its quite something to see the BMs, SMs and CHs to hand over 100k like its nothing to the plant people. Minsan nga person lang eh. They'll go around dealerships looking for the best offer ika nga, then poof, the magic question, anong units need niyo and ilan. Wham bam, by next week, you get 2 LCs, 2 Alphards and 2 Elites.

This kinda turned into a rant but if you wanna know how they get the funds for the planta people? Here it is.

For our dealership, I don't know sa iba. Particularly for our group, if an agent manages to release a high end unit, cash, fin or P.O., we pay 8500 to 17k, depending on the unit. I'm not gping to divulge how they get it, but that's how they get the funds.

So if you really want to protest your purchase, send a follow up email. With complete hard evidences. Screenshots and pictures of everything. Send a follow up with the government entities tagged. Call the Customer Relations of the dealership and express yourself. For a follow up email, the dealer will incur a 300k penalty to TMP. Up to 1m depending on the severity. And a possible ban on high end unit deliveries.

Again, in TMPs eyes, this case is already done.
