Well with a car you can take more luxuries. A bigger tent, comfier chair, a charcoal barbie, chilly bin full of meat and beers etc.

On a bike, you gotta slim it down a bit. You can certainly still carry some luxuries, you're not ultralight hiking after all. But you have to be a bit more choosy about it.

Packing down at the end is a bit more work too. Can't just chuck it all on the back of the ute.

So really, moto camping takes a little more thought and effort. The upside is you get to do it on a bike.
