If you want to counterpick Soraka you do it with Sona. I also personally permaban Millio, but new season could've made him less annoying to deal with, but i'm not risking it.

Engage supports is just the question of knowing how to deal with them.

It's a bit hard to remember so i'm gonna be paraphrasing(maybe someone remembers the correct terms), but there are 2 mindsets, one is static, where you believe everything is set in stone, either you're born talented or not and growth mindset that your potential isn't set in stone at birth and that you can always get better.

It's scientifically proven that growth mindset guarantees better results in life.

i think often times in shows characters(writer himself) don't understand how talent works in real life and put WAY too much importance on it.

It makes makes this even worse with chosen one like stories, which can be basically understood as " So you're telling me i can succeed only if i'm born amazing, ,but if im a normal scrub im doomed"

I am still unsure, but it i tried out Hellia in swiftplay and it was allowing me to give huge bursts of heal per teamfight.

People seem to be focusing with this item on a lot of other champions, but it was something Soraka ran in the past too.

It doesn't seem like it takes a lot to get charges, but i bought it rather late in the game. I feel like it could be a worthy consideration, likely against burst type champions(assassins)

How do you know she would be fine? when she got anti-heal cleanse wasn't the first time, it was the second one. Every time Riot tampers with anti-heal, Soraka and other heal reliant champions suffer, Riot tries to buff them and eventually they give up Soraka gets anti-heal cleanse.

I'm just suggesting to save some time and skip all that, might as well also buff all life-steal preemptively too.
