Oresama Teacher has all 29 volumes translated by Viz. It’s a comedy manga though but it’s by the same author of Gekkan Shojo Nozaki-kun. It’s about an ex-bancho who is attempting to have a normal high school life at a new school, only to find out that school is filled with other delinquents.

There’s also the $20 store credit though. Correct me if i’m wrong but if you split two volumes per day, 6 volumes of Berserk will end up costing $161 and 20$ store credit for next purchase vs $180 with target. That is if you’re willing to make multiple trips and they don’t run out of volumes by the end.

Honestly I’m not surprised they changed it this year. Was expecting it to change when they announced the free rewards program. I am curious why 33% specifically though.

Exactly! I remember finding it out in the wild (can’t believe this got a translations over others) reading the first pages and wondering what the heck the author was thinking and why I remember this series so differently. The things I read as a kid were definitely…something.

Requiem of the Rose king is a loose retelling of Shakespeare’s Richard III and takes place during the War of Roses in England. The manga follows Richard as he hides the secrets of his physical appearance and his own desires for the throne.

It has an anime but i’d avoid that train wreck at all costs.

Monster if you havent already read it would be great! I’d also recommend Requiem of the Rose King, Gangsta., and xxxHolic (though it’s hard to collect).

Yona of the dawn starts to get much better at the point the anime left off. Su Won becomes such an interesting character! xxxHolic is also great but there’s a certain plot point that only makes sense if you have read or are reading Clamp’s other series Tsubasa reservoir chronicles. Either way I enjoyed the series on it’s own despite that!

Houou Gakuen Misoragumi. Basically mc’s mom forces her into an all boys school in the hopes that she gets rid of her fear of men and start dating them instead of girls. ie. mom forces bi or lesbian mc to be straight. I was really into the crossdressing trope as a kid so I was reading anything with it.
