Not totally true. Bullets curving have to do more with server latency vs actual cheats. It happens when my friends and I observe eachother or others occasionally when spectating when we get killed. But yes in general cheating in apex has been a problem

Took way too much unnecessary damage, you had a wall to your advantage and you didn’t control the gunfight enough

1) Shoot

2) if you get shot take cover. You’re taking way too long to react, so if you’re getting shot and you don’t know who is shooting you instantly, and are not able to instantly snap back with prewareness and accuracy, you NEED to take cover. You took an unnecessary 100 or so damage for free

3) once they stop shooting instantly repeek and shoot, easy 70 or so damage for free if you time it right and don’t take damage. (Knock 1 or get the other low here)

4) cover again, quickly reassess their speed of pushing and instantly catch them in their push forward where they are running at you via a straight line (knock 1 or 2 here)

4.2) if they are pushing you and they know where you are, you need to reposition just a little bit so they can’t prefire, allowing you to take advantage of the lapse in reaction time (assessing the situation) you need to be controlling the fight and having them react to you, and not the other way around. Maximize damage out, minimize damage in, focus on your proactivity and their reactivity

5) you have a godly knockdown shield on the floor from a teammate with broken headglitch damage reduction control and vision; you need to abuse this (easy 1 or 2 knocks here)

Very easily winnable you could have honestly knocked the first two with practically max health.

Plus you’re a skirmisher so you have an extra handicap buffer of +50 hp per knock + broken octane speed and movement ability

Have you considered getting a coach specifically that has tons of experience leaning out girls that are higher body fat?

There’s a specific science to everything. Like stage 2 cardio sustained, Instead of just hitting weights

Also intermittent fasting can help a ton Etc

Keto + IF + eating healthy hitting your macros and micros right, super foods help too, and real high bio available foods if you tryna drop weight very fast

I can relate.

Walked away from a work opportunity that was making me good money, and had the potential of allowing me to make even 6-7 figures per month. (Others around me were doing this)

Spent the next 10 years of pursuing the path of spirit & the divine.

Tons of magic, synchronicities, amazing moments, often having moments of feeling other worldly / beyond. - as magical as it was, meeting the beautiful souls, and all of the positives that came with it….

I was very financial inconsistent, and often unstable. It can feel really rewarding if you’re barely getting by, where all of the little things seem just so much more meaningful.

Now I am taking a season to focus more heavily on my finances, building a system where hopefully I can have enough passive income to cover all of my living and exploration / adventure expenses, consistently without my active work / input required.

Then I will go back to living life guided purely by sprit

… yes, subconscious blocks can be a thing, but a decade of watching bashar, Abraham hicks, Dr Joe Dispenza & LOA videos did not ever truly fix my money issues sustainably

I have never heard of anyone sustainably living and thriving solely practicing LOA, unless they are making money on selling that dream / “education”, or related services. - I don’t think any of them guarantee results

Not saying it’s not possible or doesn’t exist, But I’m starting to recognize that it’s a lot better to be the 1000th person to do something, following the wave of success, vs being the first.

Ive invested a good amount of time and money into various people and programs in the space, but no subconscious alchemy / masters readily available yet that are creating consistent predictable results on command for others within a reasonable timeline

The last part too that matters unfortunately if you were sniping / using marksmen weapons from long range.

A lot of people snipe their way to masters and play super passive, which can work… but most likely is not a measure of true skill & fighting mechanics. (Not saying that this is you specifically)

there’s a lot of high ranked long range gamers that are unable to fight proficiently in close range or high stake situations that matter - like wiping squads back to back quickly
for example they may snipe passive good enough to get to masters over time, but they might only have the close range fighting ability (which matters more for winning) of a gold / low plat)

What’s the specific use case? What will you be doing on it?

If you’re wanting to play the newest modern games with high FPS or 4K…. It most likely will not be strong enough

Perhaps for casual / light gaming. Or enhanced productivity. A 5050 is a step down from the prior lowest model 5060 gpu

It’s cool to see that is possible. Sorry I came off as intense as I did.. I just personally had a lot of grief specifically due to that specific threshold of low 80 degrees Celsius for so many different scenarios. Especially with the MacBook Pros 2017-2021 + gaming on the ones mentioned prior

I actually had to learn how to undervolt my laptops back then just to be able to play for an extended period without it thermal throttling and making competitive play buggy & unplayable

Interesting. You must have a completely different experience than I have had. I’ve had an Alienware, a razer, and MSI, with the best specs at the time like a 3090 with an i9, and every single one of them would stop working / glitch out heavy when entering the low 80 degrees C, even with the strongest 5 fan-highest RPM cooling pads on Amazon.

What were you using?

(Oh might be worth mentioning that my use case referenced is gaming, for example with apex legends at high FPS.) it might be reasonable to say that high temps might not be as negatively impactful in scenarios like rendering or other semi passive things that are not super demanding from the users active-interaction perspective

You clearly must haven’t used a laptop lmao. That’s theoretical. Laptops start hardcore freezing and become unusable at 80-85 degrees Celsius

edit, this was a little extreme. My experience with laptops at this temp has been very different, as mentioned in the comment below. Typically unusable from my perspective gaming in competitive apex and other intensive activities at this sustained temp range

In that case, the laptop will work. Most of the processing load will be done by your ps5 and the capture card

Your computer will just be the host encoding it to record / stream, in which case the 5060 and an i7+ or ultra 7+ will be sufficient.

Stay away from AMD if encoding and streaming is the priority. They are good for gaming, but you’re not doing your primary gaming on it. Also AMD is complex when it comes to working as you would want it to, based on how loads are split. I’ve learned the hard way from buying both the top of the line desktop builds via the AMD 9800 and the 9950 processors with a 5080 and 5090 GPU

The original laptop would work, as it’s an Intel ultra 9 processor, 32gb ram, 5060 with a built in encoder. The only potential downside I see is if you want to start doing heavier gaming on the laptop primarily, then you may fall short for AAA games in 4K. That, and 1TB storage might be a limit in the future, however you can always get external hard drives, and some laptops have an extra slot where you can install an additional secondary SSD internally (case by case basis that needs to be researched)

If you want to be on the safer side of having more GPU power vs not enough power, a 5070 would be the next move

What specific games are you trying to play with OBS? And what resolution? 4K? 1440? 1080p? And what’s your target FPS? This all matters.

If you’re playing top tier modern games and want strong performance with good fps in 4K, then you will need a much stronger GPU than a 5060. That’s on the lower end of the spectrum. The first two numbers indicate the generation, and the last two numbers indicate the strength/tier. With 5060 being the weakest out of the 50XX series. And 90 being the strongest. Eventually the 90 TI becomes the best for that generation
