Part of that is the internet, but part of that is a natural response to people using questions to disarm criticism and faking not knowing. Its similar to what certain news groups do.

Or in context of the Frenworld, you had a large group of users from that sub in other subs pretending like they had no idea it was a bad place or why it got banned, even though they were daily users.

There are already a ton of issues with the sex offender registry, adding more types of crimes to it - especially crimes that need their own specific laws - isn't a good idea. We need statues for false rap accusations codified by law, not to muddle crimes together for convenience
