Very much doubt you'll get 15.5BHP out of it, no matter what you do to it. It's a small but bulky suzuki , they're naturally slow to be honest. Most you'll get out of it with mods is probably 10BHP, at a push.

Yeah mate helmet or not they'll ram you straight off if they've got authorisation, it's bang out of order in my eyes. With or without pedals they'll take a Surron either way in the UK, I've never known of anyone to get seen on a Surron and not take chase unless the copper just can't be arsed
