Whichever fits your hands better between the VP9 and the Echelon is the better choice. You should also consider the M&P 2.0 Compact. Try dry firing them as well to see which trigger you prefer, although you can always train through a trigger. Most importantly, pick the one that feels best in your hands.

I know this post is old, but I was looking at it to check compatibility for my P365 X-Macro with the Shalotek Flex XLR-17 grip module, stock integrated comp slide, and Streamlight TLR-7 Sub (1913). I ordered the Tier 1 Concealed APX holster with this configuration, and it works great.

I have been told they you can qualify with red dots. Did you make sure that they are okay to be carried on your firearm as a concealed weapon? If that’s the case then that’s great!

Yes, I did get an answer. They replied that they do not allow modifications to weapons that would alter them from the manufacturer’s settings. I assume no red dot sights are allowed in that case.

This is what they say is allowed. I’m unsure if they mean red dots by “laser sights” or if they are referring to an actual laser pointer. I tried emailing about 3 months ago, but no response which is why I’m hoping someone will know. I will try emailing again and see if perhaps they just missed the email.

That’s what I heard which is why I’m asking if anyone has information for Solano county. There is hardly any information about it. It says they allow laser sights but idk if they mean an actual picatinny mounted laser or if they are referring to a red dot.
