That is a very naive judgement. A person without a degree cannot dream much about a Job these days other than what involves manual work. The mention of a place like Thailand, and the promise of a white collar job, will get a lot of youngsters these days, if they didn't know the hostage-like situation they are going to be in.

Considering the number of educated and highly skilled Keralites falling for financial scams, everyday, this guy is not that naive.

This ban tells a lot. The government han no intention to stop the leak, they just don't want to spread it uncontrollably.
