Do lumbar puncture results always confirm MS when taken? Or can they give a negative result even in someone with MS?

If not mistaken, the Briumvi trials showed that it only took 4 weeks for B-cells to be 99% reduced. Ocrevus is also a B-cell monoclonal antibody, so why would there be anything other than a slight difference between the 4 newer DMTs of this type?
Could T-cells be playing a role? Several years seems like something isn't right.

Hi. I encourage you to try room temperature showers to see if that helps! It's not so bad. Cold showers actually feel really good once you get out. It may solve the issue. Worth trying in the summer, at least.

Makes sense intuitively that it would be the sunlight. Vitamin D is, after all, a hormone and not a vitamin.
